The only difficulty I have is reading the dark blue type (such as posters' names) against the black background - I have to highlight the blue text to read it.

Thanks Mark! That does make it a bit easier.
As the art director for a sign company I can tell you that the most important factor in readibility is tonal contrast between the lettering and the background. Naturally the best readability against a black background is achieved with white or yellow lettering (which is why the yellow copy on this site is so easy to read), with hot pink and lighy blue or aqua as a second choice. The combination of black and yellow is especially eye-catching (which always made me wonder about the logic of the colour choice for Wolverine's costume since he frequently relies on stealth). Blue-on-black and red-on-black are generally avoided due to similarity of tones (poor contrast) unless the copy is offset from the background with a high-contrast (white or yellow) outline.

That's one cool pic =) It's really nice that you Mark update this site regulary.. I hate those sites which are last updated like 3.4.2003 this site is really important to me, 'cause this is the only place where i can talk about Wolverine and no one laughs and says that i'm like weird... So I just want to thank you =)

Ok, a question...well. I like to read the fan fiction stuff, but it's kinda hard because there's all these question marks between each word. how come?

Well thats the way I recieved it from the fan, I think it has to do with the fact that she might have been using an odd word processor program or we had different version. I even asked her to send it to me as an e-mail message and it still came with all kinds of weird characters, I cleaned up alot of it, but some of the last ones I didn't. do you write fan fic as well, loved to post more.

Oh, Ok thz. Yeah I have a little something going, but are there any requirements or limits? I don't want to write too much or write in with a funky processor and have it all jumbled with stuff...
