according to joe quesada though, she'll return soon w/ new powers!
i read it in marvel message boards!
what do you think?
this is true or a rumor?

From what I've read from Quesada's "Joe Fridays" interviews on Newsarama, Jubilee will be returning in some upcoming project in 2007. I didn't see any mention of new powers, but he did say something to the effect of "the real question is how does she get her powers back?"
To me this implies that 1) he's referring to 616 Jubilee rather than the debut of an Ultimate version, and 2) she will either survive her current dilemma in Wolverine: Origins, or be resurrected soon after. Since Joe Quesada was the one who instituted "dead means dead" (yeah, like that lasted) I suspect she'll survive.
