I have shipped many items USPS and have had very little problems, but then there is this case, when I sent a company back there comic book that they sent me that was wrong and well they sent me these pics of the empty package they recieved. looks like it got jammed in when of there machines, but then it also look like it got ran over by a truck. what do you think and why would the USPS even deliver the package after they did this to it?

That is not right! Did they even substitute it?? That wasn't your fault, eh?

You raise a very good question: Why WOULD the post office deliver mail they had obviously mangled? You should take this up with your local postmaster. Does the US Postal Service have any policy in place for situations like this? If so what is it? And did they follow that proceedure in this case by deliverring a damaged, empty envelope?
I've had plenty of mail go through with no problems, but they did lose a payment I sent on an eBay bid once (cost me a strike when the seller never got it).
