Which issue first introduced readers to Logan's "Berserker Rage"?

Off the top of my head, i remember a very young Wolverine named James Howlett who saw his father killed and went into a beserker rage, which caused his claws to come out and then he killed Mr. Logan, the man responiable for killing James dad.
another early time is when Wolverine was with the pack of wolfs after the Origin book, this story is told in Wolverine #25, some hunters try and kill some of the wolfs and they capture Wolverine, he is young at this time, but the wolfs help Wolveirne break out and kill the hunters.
