First Wolverine Healing Factor?

Hey i´ve been wondering when Logan´s healing factor was first shown or mentioned? Cause he was supposed to be a real Wolverine who was mutaded.

Wolverine was described in HULK 181 of having super stamina that kept him from getting killed when Hulk hit him in the head, and the idea of being a mutated Wolverine was just an idea and thats all. they never wrote it into comics, it has only been mentioned in interviews with some of the creators.

Wolverine beat Hulk on 4 or 5 occassions, that i can think of.
