Alright, in the favorite quotes and moments section of this website, the first picture/moment on that page is :'May gives the ground rules on smoking and drinking to Wolverine.' where'd this come from, i mean, what comic? and who's May? (I know it's the woman in the picture, but I've never heard of her)

I think that's from an issue of New Avengers or possibly Amazing Spider-Man during the whole Avengers period, I know I've seen it in print. Sorry can't be more specific.

Prior to Civil War an Avengers team formed that included both Spider Man and Wolverine. Spider Man and Aunt May moved in to Avengers Tower and Wolverine had a room there and spent the night there sometimes. After Civil War Spider Man and Wolverine became members of the anti-registration Might Avengers, based out of Dr. Strange's house in Greenwich Village, New York.

Not sure from menory, but Wolverine's costume here is his Astonishing look, so I'd say it was done in the last four years.
If it isn't promo art for the upcomming "Old Man Logan" arc in Wolverine, then it must be some story set in the future, which narrows things down. I don't think this is from Wolverine: The End, and it's not X-Men: The End.

That looks like Scott Eaton's work to me. I think that was released just prior to Messiah Complex, or possibly Endanged Species. Why exactly it was released as part of that I have no idea...
