From what I read from the Marvel October 2008 comics.
They are now calling the story arc, "Original Sin," which now consists of these issues.

Wolverine: Origins
#28: Dark Deception-Prologue

X-Men: Original Sin #1 (Part 1)
X-Men: Legacy #217 (Part 2)
Wolverine: Origins #29 (Part 3)

X-Men: Legacy #218 (Part 4)
Wolverine: Origins #30 (Part 5)

All together thats six issues.
