There are a couple of things I want to see happen, in this series.
*The relationship between Wolverine and Deathstrike, and if indead he killed her father.
*Daken turns over to the light (instead of the darkside)
*Romulus is revealed
*The truth behind Sabretooth's hatrid for Wolverine/Logan
*The appearance of James Howlett's older brother
and these are just some.

Yuriko Oyama fought and killed her own father to save her lover Kiro (who in turn committed ritual suicide to honor his fallen master) and avenge the death of her two brothers.
Daken is supposed to be joining the Hellfire Club after "Dark Deception" so he's not likely to become a good guy any time soon. While I'm still expecting Daken to die at some point before Way wraps up Origins, I would like to see an encounter between Logan's son and his "sister" Laura (X-23) before that happens.
Romulus is supposed to make a full appearance somewhere in "Dark Deception" (or "Original Sins" or whatever they're going to call it).
The original meeting and "explanation" of Sabretooth and Wolverine's mutual hated came in Wolverine (vol 3) #50-55.

I highly doubt they will kill of Wolverine, Wolverine is Marvels money, and you don't mess wit Marvels money. Plus they just started a new title with Wolverine, so very unlikely

he can die of old age and his son, Daken's middle claw, now that it has that special sword mettle on it. Tho I highly doubt marvel would have Daken killing Logan. Most likely way Logan will die is of old age, when he gives up the ghost, so to speak.

Don't know if I can say this, but I was very stoned when I posted that. Can't remember exactly how that made sense at the time.
I know they won't kill Logan...Especially now...With all the movie hype. He's more popular than ever.
Let's just hope it isn't too much about money. I want stories written with passion...

LOL Mettle Tiger? HEEHEE ok you'll just have to have a laugh on me, my dyslexcia cause a lot of funny spelling errors ;D I think most of us want Wolverine stories to have passion, That's why I don't get the movie stories at all, they are so cheap and I have read fan fic much better. Wrote some too. But Over all the main reason us fans LOVE Logan like we do, are the stories. Those classic passion filled stories. Marvel knows that much, even tho they made some bad moves market wise and selling their heros for 2 mill was also a bad choice, I think what they do have control of, they aren't going to mess it up. Let us hope that the movies don't sink the comic ship as well. All the changes and BS scripts are going to KILL the super hero s if they keep writing crap... sooner or later, they too will see this and give the fan what we want, good story telling as well as images.

Yeah, ya' said it. Didn't get banned, censored or busted either. An' ya' made me jealous. Don't "dys" the "lexics." Re-read Wolverine Vol. 1 (the original Claremont/Miller mini-series). It really stands the test of time. Might be the best Wolverine love story ever. Just think of the movie as a two-hour "commercial" for the comic book. There's no way they could adequately depict Wolverine's life in two hours. So they abridged, compressed, redacted and revised, and in the end they bit off more than they could chew. It would probably take a dozen or so movies to accurately portray the highlights of Wolverine's life up to Weapon X. An average movie script is thirty-odd pages of dialogue and stage direction. And sometimes fan-fiction writers actually get to influence the "real" Marvel universe - Marjorie Liu put her work on her own site (the Wolverine and Jubilee Interactive Hub) years before she published her first novel, then parleyed that into first an X-Men novel, then NYX, and now Wolverine Dark Reign. Wolverine himself said recently (I think it was in "Get Mystique") that lots of things can kill him. Ever since 1915 when Wolverine fought the Angel of Death he's been given a second chance to come back every time his body died, but Marc Guggenheim's arc put an end to that. Logan can drown or suffocate. If you burn away all the organic matter from his bones he's dead. Decapitation will kill him if you seperate his head from his body enough. Hell, a lot of the X-Men could kill him. Phoenix certainly. Kitty could phase him into a solid object. Nightcrawler could teleport away with just his head. Iceman could probably trap him in enough ice that he'd suffocate. Jubilee could've probably blown-up anything (including adamantium) before she lost her power. Nope. Just slows it down. Since adulthood Logan ages roughly one year in three years of real time. In Wolverine: The End he's 210 years old and looks to be in his late 70's. (You'd half expect him to say "Get off my lawn.") Chronologically Kitty came first, but the "bond" between Kitty and Wolverine was never very clear or explicit when she was originally with the X-Men. Outside of the Wolverine and Kitty Pryde mini-series they didn't have any special connection. She was in love with Piotr and seemed closer to Storm and Nightcrawler than to Wolverine. Later, writers (almost always Claremont) made more of the importance of their relationship than anything we had seen would justify. "In God Loves, Man Kills II" Wolverien's special bond with Kitty allows him to sense she's in danger when she's nowhere around. And in Wolverine #126 Kitty becomes the only X-Man to ever actually propose to Wolverine. The Wolverine: First Class series is a retcon of that early period that tries to justify the bond depicted between them later. Wolverine only met Jubilee a few years later when Kitty and Nightcrawler were with Excalibur and the world thougt the X-Men (including Wolverine) were dead. They were actually hiding in Maynard's Plains, Western Australia. That relationship is completely different in a lot of ways. From the start Claremont made it clear how important she was to him. When they first met he had just used the last of his strength to tear himself down off a cross. His mind was falling apart, his healing factor was all but shot, and he had no reason to go on. And Jubilee saved him. She hid him from the Reavers, tended his wounds until he was ready to travel, fed him, gave him her bed, helped him escape and then cross the Western Desert. Then she sailed a boat all the way from Australia to Hong Kong while he talked to hallucinations of Nick Fury and Carol Danvers all the way. He was a stranger and she didn't owe him anything. She was about 12½ years old. For years after that she was the only person he ever referred to as his "daughter." And to this day she's the only person he's ever admitted that he "needed" (in Generation X #6). Not Jean Grey. Not Mariko. Not Silver Fox. Jubilee.

his son is 60 year old or so . It was back when he was in Japan and had a real Japanese wife. I think she was his first wife. She was murdered by the winter solider and Logan in deep grief though they were both dead. she was very pregnet at the time. After Logan left daken was cut out of his dead mother, he was stolen and raised as a slave to hate Logan, he was lied to his whole life. even when Daken found out the true story he is so conditioned that there may be no hope of Logan ever getting his son back. You can read that story in Origins, I am SURE Mega Knows the details , LOl i just gave you a general.

things to know: Wolverine rabbles Logan is 5' 3", black hair , Blue eyes. and weigh in at 300 lb He has a nasty temper and growls like a wolf when he is pissed. But he has a great heart of gold the type that would die for someone. He is over 100 years old Logan can loose control of himself and become an animal more than a human, meaning he will have no conchance (sp) of right or wrong and just act on instinct, IF pushed to that point. He end's up in what is known a a Baserker Rage. No one has made it past him when this happens. That's one reason why Logan has adopted the Japanese culture. Because it is ridged. He meditate to help keep himself in control of himself. Logan is a master of all hand to hand fighting arts and also a natural at bladed weapons as well as trained. he is highly skilled and trained in computers too. he has worked for the CIA, and other organizations. He is highly Military trained and worked as a spy. Most people don't think of him as smart but her is in fact very intelligent. While in the military he was nabbed against his will and became a military weapon (se Weapon X for details) His memory was erased. Logan doesn't remember most of his life before that just faint flashes if that. Professor X has been trying to help him recover his memories but he can't get all of them as they are simply not there... so it was believed... one day he may still get them back. ( i think he did for a while then it was gone again, something like that) Most of the young X men were trained by Logan.
Logan has a sense of smell better than any other animal, night vision, and a acute sense of hearing (not a good idea to whisper or talk behind his back, cause he'd hear it)
he is a bit stronger than the average human but not the strongest mutant. He can lift about 800 pounds.
x23 is his clone and Daken is his blood son. Most people forget but Wolverine was modeled after Clint Eastwood and the traits of a real wolverine. never back down or give up, going places where no one or nothing else can or would go, living a lone because he likes it that way. those kinds of things The animal a wolverine, is a bad as little fella. they can get as big a 6 feet long. they are the biggest land weasel, weigh about 75 pounds. they have been known to take on a full grown elk and bring it down by themselves, one wolverine. They have been known to back down grizzly bears and steal food from wolf packs, the wolves back off. They can climb trees and once they get the sent, never back off. They can detect food 6 feet under the ground too. It's a damn cool animal! there your all caught up. LOL
