Really, if Top Cow wants to create a character called "Berserker" they could at least have given him different colour hair, maybe a beard or moustache. Everything about this image - from the pose, to the tank top, to the spiky black hair - even the look in his eyes (when you see white above the irises you're looking into the eyes of a psycho) - all scream "Wolverine rip-off!" The only points of difference are the lack of sideburns and excessive body hair, the tattoo, and perhaps this character looks a little taller. (And of course the absence of claws).
When you're the best there is at what you do, expect immitators.

Full of thinly-veiled rip-offs of the popular characters at the time. Taking all of the ‘cool’ elements but none of the soul has been a staple of Image Comics since it’s beginnings. Anyone remember Rip-Claw?
