As most of you know Wolverine will change titles to Dark Wolverine and Wolverine is getting kicked out and Daken is taking center stage. what will you do when this happens.

I'll give it a look primarily because I like Liu's handling of Marvel characters so far, and wish her continued success. I never liked Daken, and I still hope he doesn't survive beyond Way's run in Origins (his original concept runs to around issue #60). He was introduced as a selfish sociopathic bastard and a 60+ year old whiner who can't let go of his "daddy" issues but hadn't done anything to confront his father for two generations. Best case scenario is that Liu will humanize Wolverine's son, build on the character by exploring his motivations, and finding some redeeming feature to Daken. But usurping his father's codename and his flagship solo title isn't a good way to endear me to the character.
Way's handling of Origin has been good on concepts but repeatedly cringe-worthy for its internal and external contradictions of continuity. If it sucks, I'll boycott in protest until they bring back the real Wolverine. If it looks like Daken will remain the star of this title beyond the end "Dark Reign" then I'll drop it. There is only one Wolverine: his name is Logan, and he's the best there is at what he does. Selling a comic book called Wolverine with no Wolverine in it is false advertising (and "confusing to new readers" who might pick up the title for the first time after the premier of the movie).

Well first thing I am going to do is toss a BIG FIT , stomp and cus my $$# off. Then after I huff and puff for a while, I will calm down and collect things I like about Logan. Like Great cover art and one shot graet stories. I assume Logan will still be around in other titles. But I won't be buying Dark Wolverine as a wolverine title. It's a Market ploy and I don't like the writing or Daken. I like how he looks, but I HATE the whole "Hates Daddy" thing. in fact I have had my fill will everyone having to hate Logan for crap he had nothing to do with.
Heck, if Daken wants to be Wolverine so bad, so be it, and he can have the life style that goes with it too. Logan can move on to other stories I feel he is better suited for. personally , I feel he has out grown those yellow tights anyway. I'd rather see him in the black and grey tights and doing what he does best.

Easy thing: I'm a Wolverine fan. Full stop. So either they go back to what I like or tough luck. It's not like my life depends on a subscription, eh?
