Marvel's playing it close to the vest:

No other details were given alongside the image. It's unknown if this team will replace another roster, if it will exist with Uncanny X-Men or when this team will debut. IGN's speculation is that the art is a part of this summer's Dark Avengers/Uncanny X-Men crossover, something that is reinforced by Dodson's art, given that he is a regular artist for Uncanny.

One speculation is that it's part of Dark Reign and Osborne is involved so everyone you see may not be who they appear to be.

Another option is a new temporary team, possibly replacing X-Men Legacy, as an answer to Dark Avengers. That could have resuled from a rift between Scott and Emma over her being a "Dark Illuminati" and him re-starting a covert X-Force.

A third possibility is something that results (perhaps as an alternate timeline) from time-travel in the upcomming Avengers/X-Men crossover. If that's the case then "why Daken" could be easily explained: Romulus sent Daken to fight Hulk instead of Logan so Xavier recruited the son instead of the father.
