if they kill wolverine the only "the end" will be "the end" of there profits, lol. Why would Marvel just start Wolverine Weapon X to kill Wolverine off and why would they make a movie to promote the comics and then kill him off, na very doutful that wolvie will be leaving us. Its probly just a tory arc or a limited or mini series or possiable alternative future story.

If they kill him or mess him up like that, I quite, I will never buy another comic, that's it for me. I don't mind the art so long as that isn't a permeant thing, or some long drag out boring story line. Frankly i've been afraid of some crap like this sense they brought x23 out, rolls eyes. makes no sense to me anyway, DA we can't think of any more good stories, DA lots of great fan fic ideas, DA we still can't think... I got it...DA let's KILL him off then-we can bring him back again as something new and re vamped because we stupidly sold our guys to Fox for 2 mill and now they own them and DA we are just lame!
Marvel is grasping for straws on this one. rolls eyes.

Well, "Wolverine: The End" has already been done, so I don't think they're describing the literal end of Wolverine's life. And despite severe damage Wolverine doesn't look defeated in this image - he looks pissed. I can almost imagine him saying "Okay - my turn." So I could easily understand saying this is a picture of what "the end" looks like... it's just not the end for Wolverine.
If Marvel ever gets tired of making money and decide not to put Wolverine in 10 titles every month I still don't think they'd kill him. They may make it look like he could be dead but no one would believe it. I just don't think Marvel is ready to do "The Year Without Wolverine."

Well that is a good point about making it look like the end, maybe a thing like, He is THOUGHT to be dead and likes it that way and takes a break and has a real life for a while, while his phsyco son runs a muck. Or He has reached then "end" of his rope with someone we never thought he'd be that pissed at and that's it they have to pay now, they went too far. either one or those would work for me.
