My understanding is it can go through adamantium, its the "Wolverine Killer" sword. so the weaker more bendable form carbonadium i would imagine can be cut since the sword separated molecules, but I'm sure there will be changes to the past information. Are Shiva robots made from adamantium, cause the sword cut one in half

Nope. Just a metal robot. Or a whole slew of 'em. Wolverine tore a couple up pretty good way back in Wolverine (vol.2) #50. We did see it go up against adamantium when Logan killed Sabretooth. Either Logan's cuts were so precise that they severed Creed's arm and head at the joints, or it cuts adamantium.
But the Muramasa blade is also more vulnerable than adamantuim, since an explosion broke the tip off the Muramasa blade. So the Muramasa blade might cut adamantium, but it takes less than adamantium to break the blade. And it's only sharp on one edge.
