Not so long ago, I read a comic (Spider-man) that was somekind of extra thing... There Spidey and Wolvie changed bodies.. that was accident and I don't know what caused it, but in that comic Spidey as Wolverine cut off his finger with his claw! I thought that wasn't even possible!! And.. this is the best part.. That finger grew back.
If Wolverine cut off his own finger, then that finger which grows back isn't laced with adamantium??
(I was shocked) Um.?

Ok, that impossible isn't it? His ENTIRE body was laced with the oh-so-popular-metal. So his complete finger being chopped off is virtually impossible. You would think the skin could be sliced off, but even then it'd be like a normal (metallic) finger bone...right?"

That's the same thing I thought... Well it just was really strange when I read that one..

I don't recall that particular issue so I don't know if it's supposed to be in continuity. It is possible to sever any of Wolverine's extremities at the joint by cutting between the bones (as far as we know his ligaments are not laced with adamantium). Logan would re-grow any severed extremity but couldn't re-grow adamantium.
In this case I think the writer was more concerned with showing Peter Parker's reaction to Logan's healing factor than for the impact the event would have on Wolverine's continuity. As such I simply ignore this detail.
It's the same thing with the cut Capt. America made across Logan's chest with the Muramasa blade: according to the "rules" Way set up for the blade, the injury shouldn't ever heal, but even the scar was gone within a few issues. At present I'm interpreting this to mean that injuries inflicted with the Muramasa blade heal, buty only at a normal rate (as though the target had no healing factor). This accounts for Wolverine slowly healing from the cut, while allowing for Sabretooth's wounds to be fatal (since he couldn't re-grow an arm, or re-attach his head, without a healing factor).

This is kind of off subject, but from what I think I know, the Muramasa blade is back in Logan's hands, but is there any way to destroy it? I understand why he would want it around in case he goes out of control (Again) but I doubt they'll ever kill him off...right?

Logan was the last one seen with the blade (beheading Sabretooth), but he hasn't had it with him since, so he may have returned it to Cyclops for safe-keeping.
We don't know what it takes to destroy a Muramasa blade, but apparently Logan's sword can cut through anything (we never actually got to see if it could cut Captain America's shield) and it negates the mutant healing factor.
Logan's Muramasa blade is only one of several surviving katanas crafted by the legendary swordsmith. The blade forged for Logan is red. Another is black. Perhaps they can damage each other.
And while Wolverine does "die" occasionally, he always gets better. I don't expect Marvel will "kill" Wolverine in any meaningful, lasting way during my lifetime.
