Okay, don't look if you don't want to see this yet... {Spoiler Space} This is Romulus.

Looks like Wolverine did in Wolverine: The End. It looks more and more to me like I might be right about Romulus being John Howlett III. I mean, they both occupied the role of "behind the scenes manipulator" in Logan's life. Maybe this is their attempt to make White Ghost sort of canon. I'm hoping.

Well it make much more sense in Logan's life that this guy would be his kin rather than some jerk out of no where for some stupid reason. I understand Sybille rivalry it can get harsh. and if THE END story is true in the universe then of course Logan's brother would be the one to make him miserable. I kind of suspected that anyway.

I know that Romulus looks like an old Wolverine.
But I'm going to give him a chance, like I did with Daken.
As they do more and more stories with some characters they get better or they get worse. Daken is starting to grow on me. Just like Wolverine all those years ago.

I feel the same way about Daken - I strongly disliked everything about him at first. But lately in Dark Wolverine (and so far only in Dark Wolverine) Daken is getting interesting. And I don't know if it's because he's the focus of the book and is finally developing as an individual personality, of if it's because Liu is co-writing. Those are the only things that have changed so it must be one of 'em (if not both).
