I don't have the issue but it's from Dark Reign: Elektra #5. He's referring to something that must have happenend off-panel after Elektra was replaced by a Skrull. Elektra was still herself (sort'a) in Enemy of the State, and wasn't replaced until Mighty Avengers #16. The New Avengers killed "Skrull-ectra" in New Avengers #26-31. So it had to take place off-panel between these issues.

Oh dear God, YIPES, lol so Logan got tricked into a "naughty" with Skrull Elektra??? No wonder he's looking like a guilty sad sack, I'd feel pretty bad too if I was him... I'm I getting the idea right?

Well, he got tricked into believing a Skrull was Elektra, but it's not explicitly stated whose idea the "naughty" was (but I got a pretty good guess). So yeah, Logan fell for a "trap" except instead of ending up in the sack with a transvestite (the Adam's apple would have tipped him off), he went for a green alien with pointy ears and a bumpy chin.
I mean it's not like he has issues with metamorphs of non-traditional hue (*cough* Mystique *cough*), it's just that the Skrulls were invading enemies at the time. So yeah, he's disappointed that he was fooled by the enemy, and generaly just bummed that she wasn't the real Elektra.

Poor Bro , LOL Well It had to be a she, cause he would have smelled the "male" even if he did smell Elecktra, still the male sent would be a bit different unless that could be covered too.
