I have a few questions on Hope? She has red hair, and last name summers, i guess, will there be any connections between her and jean? Think she will get into any relationships with Scott or Wolverine? Has she revealed any powers yet? why is she getting older fast, but not cable? What do you think her plot is?

I've been following Hope in Cable and here's what I've been able to observe so far:
Her real name is unknown. She was born in a small town in Alaska but her parents many others were killed when the entire hospital got massacred in an attempt to kill then only mutant born since M-Day. But connections to the "Summers Clan" (and Jean/Phoenix) abound. 1) Hope was born in Alaska like Scott. Also Mr. Sinister planted Madeline Pryor in Alaska to place her in Scott's path so he could sire Cable. Sinister kidnapped Hope after she was born just as he tried to get baby Cable. 2) Despite not being Cable's real mother Jean (and Scott) went into the future to raise and protect Cable for years. Despite not being Hope's real father Cable went into the future to raise and protect her. 3) There have been images of the Phoenix shown reflected in her eyes at times. 4) As if to herald Hope's return to the present, the splinters of the Phoenix that had resided in the Stepford Cuckoos since Phoenix: Endsong have recently left the trio. The implication being that they are drawn to Hope. 5) Hope's mutant power (telekenesis apparently) manifested in a fight with Bishop in the last issue of Cable.
Her only strong relationship so far is with Cable (and Bishop, if "hunter and prey" can be called a "relationship"). Besides them, Wolverine and X-Force are the only people from our time that she's ever met, and she knows they protected her. If she get's seperated from Cable they're the only ones she knows she can trust. As for Scott, he's "patriarch' of the "Summers Clan" and leader of the world's remaining mutants so there's bound to be some relationship forthcoming, but I have no idea how she'll relate to him. But if you're talking about a potential romantic relationship, I'm gonna' say the likliest candidate based on her past experience with X-Force will be James Proudstar because she spent some time with him while he was being tortured by Stryfe for trying to rescue her as a child. Another candidate (if he sticks around after Seige) would be X-Man (the "other Cable" who'd close to her age).
Apparently telekenesis.
She isn't. Chronologically she's spent the better part of two decades being chased through time by Bishop. This means Cable is older than when he left by the same amount of time, and Marvel seems to be ignoring this. If we assume he was physically about fifty when he left, he should be pushing 70 now. If they do address Cable's advancing age then I'm betting there's a good chance either he won't survive this storyline, or he gets de-aged somehow like Xavier & Magneto.
She hasn't got one. All she knows is that everyone in our time either expects her to save the world or ruin it, and she hasn't got a clue how to do either, or why everyone seems to expect so much from her.
I think going forward the most important questions will be: "Will Hope survive?" "Is she the new Phoenix host?" and "How will she alter the status-quo for Marvel's mutants."

Yep, that's Hope with the Phoenix Force behind her. I keep hoping she is actually Jean reincarnate. New body, new parents, new name.

The've been hinting at Hope-as-Phoenix since the beginning, so much so that it seems too obvious. I see "One Will Rise" as implying that Hope is a potential Phoenix host, not that it's her inescapable destiny. If she survives Second Coming I do see her supplanting Rachel Grey in some ways... unless she and X-Man disappear somewhere.
