I think the book is good, I know Daniel Way has big plans and I am willing to wait and see how he completes his masterpiece. I don't much like the art, its good, but I want it to be great. I will continue to buy, because I'm a huge Wolverine fan.

I am quite enjoying this series if for no other reason than it is taking Wolverine to new places. It leaves me uncomfortable when they show exactly why he's been saying for years that he "has done horrible things", but it certainly has me engaged. It's funny but I find myself hoping his evil days will all be explained away by the usual brainwashing plotline. Daniel Way seems to have some yet-revealed major plans of which I'm anxiously awaiting the playing out.
When you have a character that has decades of mythos behind him, you hate to see them misused or butchered. Thus far, Mr Way seems to be doing fine.
As an aside, I really disliked the Superman Returns movie for this very reason. The biggest Boy Scout superhero in the world is bastardized by Bryan Singer as the Deadbeat Dad of the decade. Kal-el was reduced to a Jerry Springer guest. Sigh.

Yes, I think Way is doing a good job, so far, its not GREAT, but its good and I hate seeing the bad side of Logan too and hope for a mind control explanation, but we might not get that, oh well, that was wolvie in the past and we love him for who he is now, not what he was. Superman returns does portray super man as a awful man, he fornacates with lois lane, gets her pregnaunt and ditches her, she is able to move on, but then gives her job more importants then her kid, shacks up with some dude, then superman returns and think that lois is supposed to be waiting for him and then meets his kid and still doesn't want to do anthing with him and this is a kids movie, WOW Superman my hero

Regarding Origins, after my initial thoughts on it, I'm not so sure now. I think the artwork lets the storyline down. I really disklike the art. Regarding Superman Returns (not being a big DC fan myself) I actually thought the film was really good
