I vote Wolverine and Captain America from your list, something about Wolverien and Cap fighting it out in WWII with Nazis is just cool.
but, I have always loves teh Wolverine/Jubilee team up, jubs gives a opposite view to all Wolverine's situations and she is fun.

I went with Spidey on this one. Their personalities mesh in the way they contrast. Reading a Wolverine - Spider Man team-up is like seeing Logan with a more mature, more experineced, male version of Jubilee. Spide's sense of humor offsets Wolvie's grimness.
One other character (not on the list) who I like to see teamed with Wolverine is Nick Fury. Both are older than they ought to be and don't look it. Both have tons of miltary and black-ops experience. They respect each other but don't like each other half the time and there's plenty of fuel for conflict between them. (Plus Fury knows stuff about Logan that he doesn't know about himself.)
