For anyone not following the re-organization of the surviving mutant populace into "Team Cyclops" and "Team Wolverine" here's how the split breaks down.
These are Marvel's official icons showing the breakdown of the teams featured in the various X-titles, not a comprehensive list of all living mutants. Storm was ready to join Wolverine at the Jean Grey Academy but Scott persuaded her to stay (because most of his heavy-hitters are former villains or compromised in some way). Likewise Pixie was ready to go until Hope convinced her that she was needed for her mutant rescue team because of her teleportation ability. Professor Xavier has blessed the venture (going as far as allowing Logan to rebuild the school on his property in Westchester) but will not be joining Logan in New York.
Also not shown are the New-York-based X-Factor team who will be joined shortly by Havoc and Polaris. They're counted as being on Logan's side due to both their proximity and their independence from Scott's authority. Also counted as "Team Wolverine" is the covert X-Force that Wolverine still runs (with Psylocke) right under Scott's nose. That last one could lead to some conflicts with the less-violent members of Logan's school should it be discovered again.
One last note: Dust, who appeared on the Blackbird with Logan's crew when they left Utopia, is apparently still part of the Utopia population.
