I think 90% its going to be Dum Dum Dugan he is a small time character, that is just big enough to be a shock, but not really missed. I think Omega Red will be the killer.
10% of me says they will kill Omega Red, it would be a bigger shock, but really has Omega Red been doing lately he really isn't that important to the MU so he could be the one, hes dieing anyway. If it is Red I hope they let Wolverine gut him first.
Cant be jubs she is too important and his son is just getting intraduced, Maverick seems to be more of a side show right now.

I say it's Dugan. Here's why (spoiler warning!)www.wizarduniverse.com/ma...824393.cfm... and the killer, well, you'll figure it out. While Dugan has always been a supporting character, he has been around in Marvel comics since 1963, so he's not totally "small time." And Jubilee will almost certainly survive, because Joe Queseda (Mr. "Dead means dead") has already said in several of his Newsarama interviews that she'll be back - and re-powered - this year. JQ: "Keep your eyes and ears open because Jubilee and some friends will be popping up somewhere in the near future. You'll never guess it or expect it, but it will blow you away and bring a smile to your face. This is one of my favorite upcoming projects!”Joe Quesada: "Hey, GSHAG, I’m a big fan of Jubilee so let me just say that we have big plans for her that will make her a lead player in the Marvel U. The question is how does she get her powers back?"

Apparently the linked preview has been taken down.
Spoiler warning (highlight to read):
Wolverine's two-clawed son has a mohawk. He infiltrates SHIELD and stabs Dugan to get close to Wolverine (who ends up in SHIELD custody) - then he stabs his daddy too. According to another source, Logan surrenderred to expedite Jubilee getting medical attention and she ends up in a SHIELD infirmary.

Have we really seen the last of Dum Dum Dugan, I dont think so, he will be back and did we really get an answer on who died, to me it seems Dugan got stabed, Jubilee got impaled and Omega Red is dieing since he is being held captive and he STILL does not have the Carbonatium Synthizer, or whatever. so really all these characters are really in limbo right now.

Something strange just occurred to me. Wasn't Dugan standing outside of the only door to room where Logan was being kept in #10? Then in #11 as the SHIELD guards burst into that same room wouldn't they have tripped over the body? Unless "Junior" took it... but there'd still be a pool of blood.

I was right, in the latest Joe Fridays, Joe Quesada says that Dum Dum Dugan is NOT dead, but only got stabbed and that is why you have seen him in recent Marvel comics. As I said back on Feb 28 I had a feeling that we did not get a death of anyone, so is anyone going to die or did Marvel pull another fast one, what happen to "in this issue some dies" business or is it Jubs or Omega Red that is going to bit the dust or they could just say that Wolverine is the one who died, but his healing factor brought him back again, suckers way out Marvel.

Maybe it was a typo? Maybe the solicitation should have said "In This Issue - Someone Lies!"
