should I add a Hugh Jackman gallery to the site? I was thinking I might but it seems that there are already so many sites that have that stuff I avoid it, but what do you think?

Hey all Name is Chris, I'm a die hard Wolverine fan from the UK, have been for many years now Started collecting X-Men comics back in the early 90's during my school years. Was always the highlight of the week, after school heading to the city centre outdoor market and picking up my standing order of the comic book dude I then made a mistake I regret to this day, of selling all my comics in order to fund my short lived Warhammer hobby lol Began collecting comics again about 4 or 5 years ago. I have virtually every one shot, mini-series or single issue that Wolverine has been in, including any GN's and TPB's I have the full series from issue 1 to present day 8) Started selling some of my comics again, but have kept anything Wolverine related, as I cancelled all my standing orders and instead I collect Marvel's TPB's for the series instead. Much easier to shelve 8) Growing up through the 90's, some of my favourite Wolverine storylines and moments came in the gritty artwork that blessed the comics of the 90's I know the 90's isn't considered a good time for comics, but hell, I enjoyed them as a kid Anyway, rambled on long enough Ciao!

should I add a Hugh Jackman gallery to the site? I was thinking I might but it seems that there are already so many sites that have that stuff I avoid it, but what do you think? Might not hurt. It was Hugh Jackman's portrayal of Wolverine that got me hooked on the character. Several friends and I were up in Michigan for MediaWest Con over Memorial Day weekend and we went to see it at midnight, Thursday. It was fun! A guy sitting near me leaned over and asked, "Are you ladies X-Men fans or Hugh Jackman fans?" I answered "Both." He also warned us of the final scene after the credits, though I usually stay through credits anyway. The only problem with the night was 1) the film broke just as Magneto was flinging our hero through the trees during Wolvie and Magneto's confrontation in the forest; then, when the picture restarted, they had skipped the rest of the scene and--I found out after I went to see the movie again--the part showing Raven selling out her former allies ("Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.") AND 2) they cut the very end of the movie off, just as the end scene started! I couldn't help thinking, "You don't DO that to a group of diehard fans on opening night!" One person got on the cell phone to her boyfriend to find out what the end scene was... there were at least a dozen of us gathered 'round her to find out what happened!

Well, that is a shame that the movie was messed up like that, but the end scene is..........................
<<<<<Warning spoiler>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Professor X talks to Moria McTaggert, so now we know that Professor X isn't dead, but we didn't see him have a body, so he could have been talking to Moria from the astral plain.

Hey Everyone!
Name's Daniel. 17 years old. Male. From Virginia. I'm an assitant instructor at a martial arts school. I'm looking at a career in Law Enforcement. I became a Wolverine fan while watching the Saturday morning cartoons on Fox Kids. Haha, I always made my little brother be someone else, so he actually became a Beast/Nightcrawler/Spiderman/Venom fan. When I moved overseas, I really couldn't get comics easily, but on one of my frequent trips back to the US, I bought a bunch of comics, and I liked Wolverine the best. I continue to like Wolverine because I'm a big time martial artist and his character is something that I can relate to (no, I haven't lived since the 1800s, and I haven't been experimented on by the government...not that I can remember...). I mean I relate to him because he had/has an issue controlling his rage, controlling this beast within. And I take this metaphorically to mean the evil that we all have in ourselves. This animal inside is something I had and sometimes continue to have a difficult time controlling. But through training in martial arts, it has become much easier for me to keep the animal in check.
Anyway, too much about me. I'd be interested in hearing more about the rest of you!
